PROPERTY REPORTS

Property Reports are prepared by this office to satisfy the needs of individual clients. Whether the client wishes to satisfy themselves that a purchase should be made or not or if a site is suitable for a particular development, all reports are prepared utilising our network of consultants and contacts within local Council’s.

Reports relating to specific professions are initiated through this office and prepared by the relevant professional (eg a Valuation or Engineering Certificate)

A report will advise the Basis of the Property Report.

Our property reports often follow a request by you to check out a site and consider its attributes with a view to its desirability for future development. Further, we advise of current zoning and development issues and the possible acceptance of a development application by the local planning authority. We provide information to the instructor as if they were viewing the property with a critical eye.

Our reports are therefore a reflection of our opinion only. Since 1993 all development application in Tasmania are subject to 3rd party rights of appeal. Accordingly reports concerning the above mentioned matters are essential to allow for planning decisions to be made. We can also facilitate the provision of reports in all other matters that are referred to in this service list.
