Authorised Land Surveyors are the only persons registered in the State to undertake Cadastral Surveys for registration. They have a broad area of expertise (indeed they were once second only to the governor at the time of settlement), encompassing surveying, engineering, valuation, land management and development and many other fields.

We are Authorized Land Surveyors specializing in land surveys and land development in Tasmania. Through our years of experience we have developed relationships with other allied professionals, service providers, local and state government agencies as well as successful land developers. We also undertake land development ourselves.
