SUBDIVISION SURVEYS:

Land that is approved by Council for subdivision into lots must be surveyed by an authorised land surveyor in accordance with permit conditions and planning legislation.

HOW WE ASSIST:

We can undertake all stages of a subdivision on your behalf including obtaining Council approval, carrying out the field survey, preparing the final plan documentation and having the plan sealed by Council and registered by the Recorder of Titles.
